Video 2: Let's Get Activated (Link your Amazon Accounts)

Hi, I'm Shaan, and welcome to Astra!

Before we dive into setting up your Dashboard, I recommend watching our welcome video. It’s the first video of this course series and it will help you understand why Astra will be a game changer for you and your Amazon business. This video is designed to get you excited for what's to come!

Now, let's get started with setting up your Dashboard. If you haven’t already, check your inbox for instructions on how to register your Dashboard account.

Step-by-Step Setup Instructions:

1. Log In:

   • Once you have registered, log in to your Astra Dashboard.

2. Link Your Amazon Account:

   • Click on "Link your Amazon accounts". This can be done either here or at the top of the page.

   • Login with Amazon:

   • Click on "Login with Amazon".

   • Now link your Accounts, and Marketpllce

3. Grant Permission: After you Press A pop-up will appear asking for permission to link your Amazon accounts. This pop-up may mention M19, an Astra partner that helps power our AI algorithm. Click "Allow".

4. Select Your Account and Marketplaces:

   • Choose the Amazon account you want to connect and select your marketplaces. Note: If you’re on our 30-day free trial plan, you’ll have access to one account on one marketplace. Upgrading to the Pro Plan allows for unlimited accounts and marketplaces.

   • You can also create an alias for the account for easier organization (e.g., rename "SONY international" to "SONY").

5. Press Link Account:

   • Once you’re done, press "Link Account".

6. Grant Access to Organic Data:

   • On the main dashboard, you’ll see a “Grant Access to Organic Data” button. Click it to allow Astra to gather essential Amazon data and populate your analytics dashboards.

   • If prompted, log in to your Amazon account and agree to the terms, then click "Confirm

7. Start Ads Automation:

   • Click on “Start ads automation for Free”.

   • Select the Amazon account you’re connecting and press "Save".

Final Notes:

• If not Immediately, your data will be populate within a few hours of syncing.

• When you're ready to unlock Astra's full potential, you can upgrade to the Pro Plan to access unlimited marketplaces, accounts, and users.

Now that you're fully registered, you're ready to start leveraging Astra to unlock your full Amazon potential.
